The board held a first reading on policy 3241 at their last meeting. There have been substantial changes recommended by WSSDA following that first reading. It is being presented again for first reading, as the changes are so substantial and substantive that rather than going through line by line and striking and adding text, we have shown the whole new text in underline followed by the whole text of the current policy in crossout.
The bulk of the current policy is moved into procedure which is also attached for your review.
