For board consideration one change order (assiciated with two Construction Change Directives, (CCD's):
Construction Change Directive 1: $56,063.40. This Change Order is for the installation of an additional 129 rammed aggregate piers (RAP/GeoPiers) in areas that are needed but were not delineated in the original plans for phase 1. Specifically the RAP are in areas where they are required to support canopies and overhangs that are outside the buiding foundation print.
Construction Change Directive 2: $ 2,374. This Change Order is for the pumping and removal of a septic tank which was unknown until the site was cleared and a bull dozer drove into it.
