Mark Prussing of PFM will present information and respond to questions of the board related to the upcoming bond sale, targeted for July 17. At the next board meeting, the board will be presented with a resolution that will authorize the bond sale and designate me as the executor of appropriate documents after the sale.
Hopefully, any concerns, questions, and items of interest of the board can be addressed in the intercession between now and July 9.
