Paul Huddleston will present information on the Positive Coaching Alliance. Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) is a national nonprofit organization committed to providing all youth and high school athletes a positive, character-building youth sports experience.
Paul has found a donor who is willing to donate 50 training slots in the PCA program to our coaches. The purpose of this agenda item is to inform the board and seek their endorsement for roll out of the program to our coaching staff. Attached is a single page "Double-Goal Coach Job Description" That will give you a flavor of the program.
