Stacy Brown, Donna Butler, Vicky Barnes, Shari Conditt, Kyla Keefer, Julia Stepper, Steve Rippl, Neil Brinson, Wedly Stuart, Kyler Harrington, Elizabeth Martinez-Guzman, Kimberly Martinez-Guzman, Edgardo Betancourt, and Lincoln Ponder.
CALL TO ORDER
President Guthrie called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
CITIZENS REQUEST TO
ADDRESS THE BOARD ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
Shari Conditt, Kyla Keefer, and Julia Stepper presented the idea of creating a Civic Seal at Woodland High School. The Civic Seal will honor students who exemplify the core virtues of justice, civility, citizenship, self-discipline, and service. The board was very interested and approved Asha Riley to move forward.
SPECIAL PRESENTATION
The directors presented Cody Krieger with a certificate of appreciation, a thank-you card, and a gift for his service as the student board representative for the past two years.
REPORTS, REQUESTS, AND COMMENTS BY THE BOARD MEMBERS
Director Huddleston provided a legislative update.
Director Blum couldn’t be present at the meeting but asked Superintendent Riley to share a comment on how much he enjoyed participating as a judge in the May Madness Supreme Court Case Tournament held by Shari Conditt at Woodland High School.
REPORTS TO THE BOARD
Director Huddleston asked for clarification on the hiring process and the mentoring our new hires will receive. She also commented on the safety tabletop exercises and the security camera installation at TEAM High School from Neil Brinson's report.
DISCUSSION ITEMS
Facility Fee Schedule
Following the loss of the levy, facilities fees were increased. Superintendent Riley shared the old fee schedule for the board to review and consider returning to.
Director Huddleston moved to reinstate the previous facilities use fee schedule. Director Stuart seconded.

Student Athletic Fee Schedule
Following the loss of the levy, student athletic fees were increased. Superintendent Riley asked the board to consider returning to the previous lower fees of $75.00 per sport for high school and $50.00 per sport for middle school.
Director Huddleston moved to reinstate the previous student athletic fees. Director Guthrie seconded.
Resolution 25-03 - Model Policy
Director Huddleston proposed the resolution for the board to consider for adoption.
Director Huddleston moved to adopt Resolution 25-03 as presented. Director Guthrie seconded.
CONSENT AGENDA
Director Stuart moved to approve the consent agenda as presented.
ACTION ITEMS
Review and Approval of the 2026-27 School Year Calendar
Director Huddleston moved to approve the 2026-27 school year calendar as presented. Director Guthrie seconded.
Resolution 25-01 - WIAA Annual Resolution
Director Stuart moved to adopt Resolution 25-01 as presented. Director Huddleston seconded.
RECESS
President Guthire recessed the meeting at 7:05 p.m. into executive session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(g). The executive session is expected to take 90 minutes with no action to follow.
ADJOURNMENT
President Guthrie reconvened the meeting at 8:29 p.m. and adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
