Last spring, the board had a day-long facilitated retreat. The focus of the retreat was board development. Feedback from directors was that it was a valuable opportunity. In trying to schedule a spring retreat this year, I have sent a survey to find a date this spring when everyone is available for a day-long Saturday retreat. Finding a date is elusive. The purpose of this item is to 1) determine if the board would like a spring retreat, 2) see if we can identify a mutually agreeable date, and 3) identify the theme(s) and general goals of a retreat.
