CALL TO ORDER
President Watts called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.
DISCUSSION ITEMS
Renewal EP&O Levy
Due to the failure of the levy on February 14th election, the board of directors discussed running the levy again. They directed the superintendent to have a resolution prepared for their consideration that would place the renewal before voters on the April 25, 2023 election at an estimated $1.91 tax rate for a three (3) year term. The resolution will be presented for review and adoption at the next board meeting.
The board has also asked for a list from the administration team of potential budget cuts, including amounts that will be reviewed at the next board meeting.
RECESS
President Watts recessed the meeting at 6:47 p.m. to enter into an executive session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(g).
ADJOURNMENT
President Watts reconvened the meeting at 6:54 p.m. and adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
