The KWRL Coop is expanding the parking facilities and replacing underground fuel storage tanks on the Woodland property. In addition, some improvements, including a tie-in to municipal water system and planning for lot expansion at the Paradise Point facility are underway. These projects are being jointly funded by the four KWRL Coop districts. The transfer authorized by Resolution 19-06 will allow for the costs to be appropriately paid for from the Capital Project Fund (CPF).
