PUBLIC HEARING

Resolution 17-9 Authorizing Additional Appropriations for the 2016-2017 Capital Projects Funds Budget

Director Watts recess out of the regular meeting and called for a public hearing at 5:31 p.m.

Stacy Brown presented the recommendation regarding resolution 17-9 to the school board. The board members asked a few clarifying questions.

There was no public comment.

President Watts closed the hearing at 5:36 pm and returned to regular session.

WORKSHOP

Stacy Brown, Executive Director of Business Services, presented a PowerPoint presentation to the school board on the 2017-2018 draft budget.  She provided a lot of detailed information, which included revenue and expenditure comparisons from the 2016-2017 budget to the proposed 2017-2018 budget, historical summaries going back to 2011, levy dollar details and capital project funds.
