As the board is aware there have been ongoing discussions with the Yale Valley Library District regarding the potential of co-locating a library facility with the Yale School. Through the course of conversation the option of leasing a portion of the unimproved parcel to the west of the school, and the east of the fire station was presented. The Yale Valley Library District Board of Trustees has formally requested the School Board consider the lease of a portion of this property.
If the board wishes to pursue this lease I will have our attorney draft an agreement between the parties for further consideration by the board.
