AUTHORIZATION OF SIGNATURES
BE IT RESOLVED, that for capital facilities repairs, improvements and the Paradise Point expansion project the following Kalama, Woodland, Ridgefield, La Center Transportation Cooperative and Woodland Public Schools personnel are designated by the Board of Directors to provide district authorization related to the Kalama, Woodland, Ridgefield, La Center Transportation Cooperative projects:

Shannon Barnett, Director, KWRL
Stacy Brown, Business Manager
ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of Woodland Public Schools, Cowlitz County, Washington, at the regular meeting thereof, held on June 24, 2013, the following Directors being present and voting thereon.
