Resolution 2573 Concerning the KWRL Modenrization and Racial Imbalance

WOODLAND PUBLIC SCHOOLS

RESOLUTION NO. 2573

RACIAL IMBALANCE

            WHEREAS, racial imbalance, as defined in WAC 180-26-025 does not presently exist at Woodland School District; and,

            WHEREAS, Woodland Public Schools attendance policies will not be revised or changed as result of the Modernization and Addition at the Kalama, Woodland, Ridgefield, La Center Transportation Cooperative project;

            BE IT RESOLVED, that the planned Modernization and Addition at the Kalama, Woodland, Ridgefield, La Center Transportation Cooperative project will not create or aggravate racial imbalance with the boundaries of Woodland Public Schools.

            ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of Woodland Public Schools, Cowlitz County, Washington, at the regular meeting thereof, held on March 25, 2013, the following Directors being present and voting thereon.
