As the board is aware, Woodland High School Senior, Seth Wingfield has qualified for the National Sporting Clays Championship. The district does not, as a practice, support students at national level competitions. Seth has had three sponsors step forward to support his trip to Sparta, Il later this month. The primary sponsor is Kickeez, a local Woodland company that manufactures recoil pads. Additionally, Bell Studios, Lower Columbia Insurance (Rainier, OR), and Judy Bailey of Kelso are financially supporting the visit to state.
The board will have the opportunity to sign a letter of thanks to each of these sponsors
