The attached bond resolution has been drafted by our bond council, Faith Pettis, and carefullly reviewed by many parties. The impact of the approval of this resolution will be that I am authorized by the board to work with our Bond advisor to issue and offer at competitive sale, up to $30 million of the bonds approved by voters on April 17th.
