Student Learning Data System Overview
Asha Riley presented the Board with an overview of the student data system and how it is used to help students' progress.  She said that Steve Rippl has incredible talent and has created an extremely useful system that helps teachers track data of students throughout grade levels.  The information follows them throughout their career in Woodland Schools. The reports show what students are struggling with and tracks academic interventions and progress.  The Board discussed the data system.  Tina Cayton said it's very innovative.

WQCC Meeting Planning
Michael told the Board that the District is hosting the next WQCC meeting on April 18th.  He asked the Board for items for the agenda.  The Board discussed the meeting and said that they would like to postpone the meeting until July if there are not enough agenda items to make it a worthwhile meeting.  One possible item that Michael said they could put on the agenda is the Cowlitz County Planning Department Butte Hill explosives storage center.  Michael has not had the opportunity to investigate the issue.  Jim Bays and Michael will work on an agenda and let the Board know if there are enough items for a meeting in April. *Tina had to leave the meeting at 6:47pm.
