CALL TO ORDER
President Guthrie called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

Director McLendon moved to approve the consent agenda as presented.

WORKSHOP
Mid-Year Check on School Improvement Plans
All of the principals presented their mid-year data and the progress they’ve made on their school improvement plans. The directors ask clarifying questions throughout the presentation.
PUBLIC COMMENT ON WORK SESSION TOPIC
Darcy Billingsley inquired about the grant WHS received to keep 9th graders on track. She also inquired about the truancy data.
Donna Butler commented that she liked hearing Jen Havig’s comment on improving the focus on student writing.
ADJOURNMENT
President Guthrie adjourned the meeting at 8:28 p.m.
