First Reading of WSSDA Recommended Policy Updates

Revisions to policies 4130/4130P, 3205/3205P1 & 3205P2, 5011/5011P, and new policy 3206/3206P were presented. With no objections, these policies will be presented at next month's regular business meeting for second reading and approval.

Approval of Resolution 24-14 - Interlocal Agreement with Sourcewell

Director of Transportation Shannon Barnett presented everything that has been learned about the EPA grant and electric buses since his last presentation on bus electrification in the Spring of 2024. Representatives from Highland Fleet were also available to answer any questions. 

Public comments were received from Donna Butler, Todd Dinehart & Darcy Billingsley. 

Director McLendon moved to adopt Resolution 24-14 as presented. Director Stuart seconded.
