Policy 1400 states that the board has meetings scheduled on the Second and Fourth Thursdays of each month January through October, and on the third Thursday of November and December. Traditionally the board cancels the first meeting in July because of conflicts with vacation and holiday schedules.
The board will discuss the cancellation of the July 13 board meeting.
