In October, the school board reviewed with district and school administrators their plans for improving student outcomes. Throughout the fall and winter months, schools have been relentless in their focus on seeking improvements and recovering learning lost to the COVID shutdown that began three years ago.
Across the K-8 schools, we have closely monitored student growth in core subjects. Schools will present to the board an update on what they have been doing and the impact it is having on student performance. Our high schools will present other efforts and initiatives that are having an impact on student success.
