The last time we presented school improvement plans was in the fall of 2019. With the pandemic, our primary, and nearly singular, focus became attending to students' and staff' health and safety needs. As discussed at our last board meeting student performance was significantly impacted by the educational shifts during the Covid restrictions.
Our principals and teachers have done an amazing job of refocusing on excellent student outcomes. With the return to normalcy, our team has identified revised performance plans.
The board will review the attached draft plans for school improvement at this work session. Each is built around a common framework that blends our work toward ensuring career, life, and college readiness for all students, and the board and adopted performance goals.
