You can imagine what a challenge it is to teach hands on courses like we offer in CTE remotely. Our teachers, with the support of Tia Pitner, have provided materials for pickup and delivery so kids can, in fact, complete hands on learning from home.
We have organized and delivered mini carburetors, flower arranging supplies, kits for applied math, and culinary supplies out to all who need them. This takes a ton of effort, time, and work to coordinate and our CTE teachers are working extra hard to make sure our students have opportunities to continue learning.
