Given the uncertainties of the 20-21 school year and the anticipated needs to significantly modify curriculum and instruction to best serve the needs of students, and in particular, the need to provide alternatives materials to teachers and students to ensure quality instruction the administration is requesting a temporary waiver of Policy 2020 - Course Design, Selection and Adoption of Instructional Materials. Resolution 20-09 will allow for an expedited review and approval process for curricular materials and allow a committee of the board (two directors appointed by the Board President) to approve materials on behalf of the board.
