WORKSHOP

Teaching and Learning

Teaching and Learning Workshop:

In Woodland, we believe professional conversations are the most powerful way to help teachers learn.

Our goal is that conversations with teachers are guided by identified effective practices. These effective practices are known as an instructional framework. We use our instructional framework to guide instruction, support teacher growth, and evaluate teacher performance.

This workshop will be an introduction to how we help support our teachers with professional growth, as well as how we evaluate practices in the classrooms.

Topic: Math - Andrea Edwards and Amy Craig will model two brief number talks with students.
