In considering subscribing to the MSRC Small Works roster, we have reviewed our policy 6220 which deals with Bid Requirements. The current policy is adequate, but we found that the WSSDA recommended policy offers an additional line that provides additional clarity to the responsibility of the Superintendent in the development of the procedure.
