REPORTS TO THE BOARD

Superintendent Report

• Today we received word that we have been awarded a $90K Arts Grant for Public Art at the new Woodland High School.  There will be an Interlocal Agreement for the board to consider at their next meeting
• WMS Robotics is planing a trip to Nationals and is fund raising.   They did not get the request for out-of state field trip in for this meeting but will have it for the next.   I wanted to check if any directors had concerns regarding this trip as they need to pay an $880 registration fee prior ot March 10
• Calendar Committee has met and developed a calendar for 15-16.  As well, they have revised the 14-15 calender to include bargained Professional Development days.  These will be presented to the board for consideration at the March 10 meeting
• WSSDA Regional Meeting is scheduled for March 19th at 6:00 pm in Camas.
