The City of Woodland is preparing to issue a Request For Proposal for the Scott Avenue Reconnection Study to hire a consultant sometime in February. Before that Bart Stepp, Director of Public Works is completing the necessary paperwork with WSDOT so they can obligate the grant funding. One of the things WSDOT is asking for on this project is a show of support for the project from the community. The Port Commission voted earlier this month to support the project and the City Council voted on the project on January 22nd. Bart is Seeking a motion of support in favor of the project.Attached is a city document on the project and a draft letter to Mr. Stepp.
