Attached are two documents.
1) Resolution 2552, titled as follows:
RESOLUTION NO. 2552A Resolution of the Board of Directors of Woodland School District No. 404, Cowlitz and Clark Counties, Washington, authorizing the issuance and sale of general obligation refunding bonds of the District in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $3,500,000, to provide the funds necessary to refund certain of the outstanding unlimited tax general obligation bonds of the District; providing for the redemption of the outstanding bonds to be refunded; authorizing a preliminary official statement; and delegating to the Superintendent and/or Business Services Director of the District the authority to determine the structure of the Bonds, approve the interest rates, maturity dates and principal maturities for the Bonds under the terms and conditions set forth herein.
2) the Preliminary Official Statement (POS) for the refunding issuance.
Both of these documents are still considered in draft form as the Bond Counsel submitted to the other involved entities these documents for final feedback. They are not likely to change substantively.
