The purpose of this item is to discuss the board's position regarding the Cowlitz Tribal Casino. Attached, for reference, is the resolution adopted three years ago by the board.
The board requested housing informaiton for the district. Woodland City data are as follow:
Housing numbers for City of Woodland. (This does NOT include county area outside of the city limits) The city indicated that there are approximately 1600 dwelling units in Woodland. 324 of these are multi-family units. The week of August 23 there were 2 units that were vacant in Jefferson Place. All others were full and there was a wait list of 29 for Villas DeCasa.
