The Legislature extended through September 30th several of the Governor’s Proclamations, including Proclamation 20-28 which states:

"Any public agency, subject to RCW 42.30, is prohibited from conducting any meeting, subject to RCW 42.30 unless (a) the meeting is not conducted in-person and instead provides an option(s) for the public to attend the proceedings through, at minimum, telephonic access, and may also include other electronic, internet or other means of remote access, and (b) provides the ability for all persons attending the meeting to hear each other at the same time."

During the Covid-19 shutdown, all school board meetings will be accessible to the public via a webinar. Details for accessing the board meeting are below.

Public comment at the school board worksession, on agenda items, is welcomed. You may submit a comment on agenda items prior to the meeting by emailing the superintendent at greenm@woodlandschools.org. If you are on the webinar you can request to be recognized by the Board President by typing your request into the "Q&A" area. If the board President recognizes you, your microphone will be unmuted.
