President Guthrie called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

SPECIAL PRESENTATION

Bill Basl from the Civic Learning Council honored Woodland School District and the four Woodland High School teachers for creating and implementing the civic seal.

Donna Butler noticed that Asha Riley was approved on the last consent agenda, and she wanted to let the board know that a public statement would have been nice.

City Planner Travis Goddard shared some potential next steps regarding school impact fees. The discussion will help map out the best path forward to support our community's growth and our students’ future.

President Guthrie recessed the meeting at 7:56 p.m. into a Closed Session under RCW 42.30.140(4). This was expected to last 20 minutes with no action to follow.
