CALL TO ORDER
President Wray called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
SPECIAL PRESENTATION
Phil Pearson and Jeff Wray presented plaques to Samantha Brown and Alivia Roland, the Woodland High School Students of the Month.
CITIZENS REQUEST TO ADDRESS THE BOARD ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
Darcy Billingsley asked the board about contract language and any potential fees by deferring the KWRL TVF contribution payment. She also asked about any potential impacts to KWRL if the Ridgefield School District bond failed.
REPORTS, REQUESTS, AND COMMENTS BY THE BOARD MEMBERS
Director Huddleston provided a legislative update. Director Wray asked Superintendent Green about Darcy’s two questions. Michael Green explained that an agreement was signed by all four KWRL school districts to allow Woodland to delay the payment for a year with no extra fees. He also explained how the Ridgefield bond will not impact KWRL.

DISCUSSION ITEMS
First Reading of WSSDA Recommended Policy Revisions
With no objections from the board, these policies will be presented at next month's meeting for second reading and approval.
Woodland Trust Fund Pathways Scholarship
The directors agreed to offer up to seven (7) scholarships at $1,250.00 each.
ACTION ITEMS
Resolution 24-03 & Resolution 24-04 - Reduced Educational Program for 2024-2025
Shari Conditt made a public comment supporting the music programs and hoped to encourage the board not to make any cuts in the programs.
Darcy Billingsley commented on how she would like to see Woodland tighten down on miscellaneous expenses.
Director Guthrie asked Stacy Brown for more detailed information to reach the needed cut value of $2.74 million.
Director Huddleston moved to adopt Resolutions 24-03 & 24-04 as presented. Director Stuart seconded.
Resolution 24-05 - WIAA Annual Resolution
Director McLendon moved to adopt Resolution 24-05 as presented. Director Huddleston seconded.
