For the last year, the focus of the board and administration has been on managing the rolling crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic. During that time, with the challenges of remote meetings, etc., we have not been delving into topics that we would in precedented times.
The purpose of this discussion is to identify areas that the board has a particular interest in studying and understanding more deeply. This will allow us to plan for future topics that you will find meaningful.
