This item is placed on the agenda with the presumption that the board will approve policy 6212. If approval of that policy is delayed this item should not be approved.
After a review of options the administration is recommending for approval by the Board of Directors the approval of participation in the State Procurement Card system. Approval of Procedure 2530 will authorize our participaiton in that program.
