Eligibility	Must reside in Cowlitz County at the time of application; • Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better; • Must be intending to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering; • Must commit to full-time enrollment (taking 12 credits or more) for the entire 2026-27 academic year; • Must submit educator reference (no letter required). Educator reference must include contact information (name, email address, phone number); and • Must submit a written essay (800 words or less) describing future education goals, plans for financing your education and community involvement.
