ALL STUDENT PICTURE DAY & RETAKES
- All student, staff, & senior silly picture day is: Thursday, September 11th, 9:00 - 1:00.
- Retakes for all is: Wednesday, October 15th, 1:00 - 4:30.
- Running Start students can come at any time.
- Letter re: Senior Silly picture day rules is posted below and on the Senior Information page. See retake info below Senior Silly Picture rules.

- Your name will be put on a wait list, you do not pay in advance. Once yearbooks come in and we have a book for you, then you will pay before receiving the book.

Senior Yearbook Portraits Class of 2027 - Deadline is: JANUARY 15
The deadline for senior portraits to be submitted for the yearbook is January 15, 2027. We will accept a digital copy of the photo at the following link: Here
Make sure the image file name is the first and last name of the student. Photos submitted with file names other than the student name will be rejected and returned.
The image quality needs to be at a minimum of 300dpi and measure 3 inches tall and 2 inches wide. There should be no animals, props, hats, or other items that block or make the portrait difficult to be placed in the yearbook. You also want to make sure your senior is not resting their head on their hands and that their hands are not covering your seniors face in the photo. Outdoor photos are accepted. You will be contacted if there are issues with the senior portrait you have submitted.

What are senior ads?
Senior ads are a common way for family, friends, or seniors themselves to celebrate their achievements. These ads appear in the senior section of the yearbook. The ads are full-color and will be a memorable part of your student’s senior yearbook. This year’s book will be a spring publication, so seniors will receive them before they graduate. If you are interested in purchasing a senior ad, please read over the following guidelines. If you have any questions please email terryan@woodlandschools.org.

How do I get one?
- Purchase ad in WHS office. You can pay with cash, check or credit card in the office.
- Email photos along with a short message to Mrs. Terry at terryan@woodlandschools.org. Insert your child’s name in the subject line. Include the size ad you purchased in this email. If the ad is to be a secret from your child please let us know that as well. Please use high quality photos.
- There is limited space in the yearbook for ads, so they will be placed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All ads will be designed by the yearbook staff for consistency throughout the yearbook. A proof of the ad will be sent to you before it goes to print. You will have an opportunity to review to ensure all the information on the page is correct and approve.
When is it due?
There are two due dates. If you submit payment and materials by November 21st, you will ensure the lowest price. If you cannot make the first date, there will be a second due date: January 12, 2027. See the above chart for price details.
