| Description | Frank Stanley was a proud fourth-generation Woodlander whose roots in the Woodland community ran deep. As a student, Frank embraced school life fully, participating in athletics and proudly supporting Woodland High School as a Beaver Booster. His involvement in sports helped shape his values of teamwork, perseverance, and school pride, which he carried with him throughout his life. Frank strongly believed in giving back to the community that had helped raise him and in supporting young people as they prepared for their next chapter.
In honor of Frank Stanley, Jr.'s memory, his family is proud to offer this scholarship to a graduating senior who plans to pursue a higher education through a college, trade school, certification program, or other post-secondary training. This award is intended to support students who demonstrate school spirit, commitment to their goals, and a strong connection to the Woodland community. This $500 one-time award (non-renewing) is to be used toward tuition, books, tools, fees, or lodging at the institution or program of the student's choice. Eligible programs include colleges, trade schools, certification programs, apprenticeships, and approved training programs. |
