Woodland’s Creative Talents Shine: Join Us for Art Fest 2026!
The Woodland community is invited to celebrate the incredible vision and skill of our youth during the annual Art Fest 2026. This district-wide celebration showcases the hard work of students from all schools, bringing together hundreds of pieces of creative art and a series of spectacular evening performances.
The Art Fest Gallery
Experience the imagination of our K-12 students as the Woodland High School Auxiliary Gym transforms into a massive public gallery.
The gallery will be open for four evenings: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, May 18–20, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and will conclude on Thursday, May 21, with hours from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Admission is free, and visitors are encouraged to browse the hundreds of unique pieces on display.
Evening Musical Performances
In addition to the visual arts, our music departments will host three distinct concert events.
Woodland Band Spring Concert
On Tuesday, May 19, at 7:00 p.m., head to the Woodland High School Commons for an evening of lively music. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., featuring pre-show entertainment by the Beaver Jazz Combo. The main program includes the 5th Grade Beginning Band, 6th Grade Intermediate Band, Trojan Band, and Beaver Band, performing a diverse mix of movie music and dramatic themes. Admission is free.
Woodland Choir Spring Concert
The musical celebration continues on Thursday, May 21, at 7:00 p.m. in the Woodland High School Commons. This free concert features the 5th/6th Grade Choir, 7th/8th Grade Choir, and the WHS Concert Choir. Expect a casual, high-energy set focusing on popular culture, Broadway hits, and movie favorites, culminating in a powerful combined-choir finale.
Hot Chili, Cool Jazz Fundraising Event
The festivities wrap up the following week on Wednesday, May 27, at 7:00 p.m. with the "Hot Chili, Cool Jazz" event. Hosted by the parent group TEMPO, this evening serves as a vital fundraiser for district-wide music programs. For $10 per ticket (maximum $40 per family), guests can enjoy delicious chili, participate in an auction, and enjoy music from the WHS Jazz Band and Vocal Jazz Ensemble. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
