Washington State launches Eviction Resolution Pilot Program (ERPP) for families facing eviction.
Eviction Resolution Pilot Program launches following end of eviction moratorium

With the statewide eviction moratorium having ended on November 1, 2021, families at risk of eviction may need resources to help them. Below are options for those in need to reach out to and utilize.

The Eviction Resolution Pilot Program (ERPP) connects tenants behind on rent payments with the Center for Construction Resolution and Conversation (CCRC) to problem-solve the situation together with their landlord which often results in some combination of rental assistance counseling, legal aid, and mediation.

Both landlords and tenants may be able to access rental assistance and either create a rent payment plan or move-out plan without going to court.
