Parent-Teacher Conferences Set for Next Week at Woodland Public Schools
Woodland Public Schools will hold Parent-Teacher Conferences starting next week, on October 28, 2025. To ensure you know how to connect with your student's educator(s), please note that the conference format and scheduling differ slightly by school building. Read on for the specific details for your student's school.
Columbia Elementary
Fall Conferences are being held on October 28th - 30th! Sign up through Skyward to book your conference. It's a great opportunity to learn about your student's progress and ask any questions.

- Oct 28th and 30th: Open 12:30 - 3:00 PM
- Oct 29th: Open 12:30 - 3:00 PM and 4:15 - 7:00 PM.

North Fork Elementary
Fall Conferences will be held October 27th–30th! Schedule your conference through Skyward or call the office. Conferences are a wonderful opportunity to connect and celebrate your child’s growth. We truly value your partnership—it makes such a difference! When families and teachers work together, students thrive both in the classroom and beyond. Our Book Fair will also be open during conferences.

Tuesday, October 28 - 1:00 - 3:30 pm, 4:30 - 7:15 pm

- Parents do not need an appointment. You can come anytime within the time windows above. Whatever works best for your schedule!
- Parents can meet with any or all of their student’s teachers. Teachers will be sitting at tables with a name card. Look for your student’s teacher(s) and go have a conversation about your student’s progress.
- If parents do not know their student's teachers, they can pick up their student’s schedule from the Title Table (look for the cookies!).
- Students are an important part of the team to ensure their success at school, and should attend the conferences with their parents.
- Spanish translators will be available if needed.
Woodland High School
Connect Night October 30, 2025
- Open-door event for families to experience the culture of WHS
- Doors open at 4, purchase food in the food court from two local vendors, visit clubs, and get information about classes and programs
- Drop-in style conferences from 5-7 pm
If you’re able to make the drop-in window, 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on October 30th, then you do not need to pre-arrange a time to meet. If you can’t make it in that time frame, please email your student’s teacher with questions or concerns, or to set up a specific time to visit in person or by phone.
