President Wray called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
RECESS
President Wray recessed the meeting at 10:01 a.m. to enter into an Executive Session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)(iii) and RCW 42.30.110(1)(g).
ADJOURNMENT
President Wray reconvened the meeting at 10:37 a.m. and adjourned at 10:37 a.m.
