At TEAM High School we have a few students who are finishing their coursework and preparing for their culminating project presentations. Some of our seniors still have to pass one or two of the state exams. We are meeting with these students regularly to help them prepare for the exams. We are also encouraging them to take the SAT and pass the exam using this method as an alternative that the state has approved.
We are anticipating a visit from the state auditor’s office this spring. We had a representative from the Washington Association of Learning Alternatives visit us in January to help prepare us for the upcoming audit. The last two audits have been clean.
TEAM High School graduation will be June 15 in the new Woodland High School commons. We are figuring out how to make this work in the new venue. We invite all board members to attend this graduation ceremony.
