RESOLUTION #18-04
AUTHORIZING CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND TRANSER FOR TECHNOLOGY
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors approved Resolution #17-10 approving a transfer of $400,000 in State Forest funds to the Capital Projects Fund in the 17-18 fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors approved Resolution #17-10 approving a transfer of $300,000 from the Capital Projects Fund to the General Fund to cover technology expenditures in the 17-18 fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, technology expenditures in the General Fund are greater than the approved transfer of $300,000.00,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of Woodland School District No. 404, Cowlitz County, request the County Treasurer to transfer $100,000.00 from the Capital Projects Fund to the General Fund.
