President Watts called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

Director Huddleston moved to approve the absence of Director Wray. Director Guthrie seconded.

REPORTS, REQUESTS, AND COMMENTS BY BOARD MEMBERS
Director Huddleston would like the following items added to upcoming agendas:
REPORTS TO THE BOARD
Director Huddleston gave accolades on some of the great things listed in the board reports.
Director Stuart asked some clarifying questions on the teaching and learning report.
Director Guthrie gave kudos on the North Fork volunteer opportunities web page and calendar.
Superintendent Green provided an update to the director on the bond refinancing, Woodland Middle School students participating in wrestling with La Center School District, and the minor adjustment of the facilities fee schedule. Lastly, he announced his intent to retire at the end of the 2023-2024 school year.
CONSENT AGENDA
Director Huddleston moved to approve the consent agenda.
DISCUSSION ITEMS
KWRL Briefing to the Board
Transportation Director, Shannon Barnett provided a complete overview of KWRL. Stacy Brown presented the funding information.
Levy Listening Session Planning
Many of the directors plan to attend most of the listening sessions, so these meetings will be published as special meetings. They would also like the sessions to be in an open forum format.
WSSDA Legislative Issues Prioritization
The directors individually prioritized these issues before the board meeting, and the results were used to create a spreadsheet with the highest priority for Director Huddleston to use to submit the top ten to WSSDA on behalf of the board.
First Reading of Revisions to Policy 3141
With no objection from the board, this policy will be presented for second reading and approval at the next regular business meeting.
ACTION ITEMS
Approval of Fuel Bid
Director Guthrie moved to approve the fuel bid as presented. Director Huddleston seconded.
