Families in need of assistance can once again receive money for meals missed by students at school this year through the Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) Program.
Following are updates about food service when students return to in-school learning:
Meal are delivered on Mondays only to elementary bus route stops. Buses will arrive at each stop approximately 4.5 hours later than the normal route time with deliveries estimated to take place (between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.) Estimated delivery times for bus routes are available on KWRL’s website at www.kwrl.org.
Students do not need to be present for parents or guardians to take delivery of meals. Parents or guardians simply need to provide their name and phone number so the number of children living in the residence can be verified using Skyward Family Access.
On Friday, October 9, 2020, the USDA announced the extension of free meals for all families through June 30, 2021 in a press release. Please stay tuned to this page for updates on meal services and regularly visit our COVID HQ webpage for the latest news and updates across Woodland Public Schools.
