Michael Green informed the board that there is a section on the High School website call “Senior Information” that provides all necessary information and it is up to each student to periodically review the information on this page.

Yale Report: Director Donald asked for more information on the technology at Yale. He wanted to know how the connection is there and about the equipment. Superintendent Green informed the board members that Yale currently has a very good connection (fiber) and the school had a richer ratio to Chromebooks then our schools downriver.  The Yale principal and staff are working to replace some recently retired desktop computers with Chromebooks.

Facilities and Safety Report: Director Matt Donald inquired about the high number of injuries that occurred at Woodland Primary School. Michael Green explained that 15 of these 17 reported injuries were caused by two very high impact students and recently one of those students transferred to a different district. Director Donald also appreciated the information regarding new WIS portable classrooms in this report.

Team Report: Director Lesa Beuscher requested additional information on the capacity numbers at TEAM High. Principal, Dan Uhlenkott, stated that current enrollment number is 98 students and they can’t go over 100 students. He noted that this was an unusually high number compared to years past.  Director Donald commended Dan Uhlenkott on the recent audit.
