Resolution No. 2540-Granting Easment to OALC
In the summer of 2008 we were approached with a request from the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church to grant an easement across the Southwest corner of the District owned property on the Dike Access Road. The reason for the request is that the City of Woodland requested the OAL Church entrance align with Burke Road. In exchange for the easement the OALC has offered access via the drive to the District Property as well as reduced latecomers fees.
