Reconfiguration Information Night Summary
Community members attended the Woodland Public Schools' Reconfiguration Night on Thursday, January 31. Superintendent Michael Green presented the current status of the district's elementary reconfiguration ( click here to download a PDF of the slides used in the presentation).
Following the presentation, the district's administration team facilitated small group discussions so parents, guardians, and other Woodland community members could offer feedback on the reconfiguration process. Groups discussed potential challenges, impacts and offered possible solutions.
The reconfiguration team will review and use the participants' feedback to help with continued planning of the elementary school reconfiguration, new district start times, new transportation model and other changes coming to Woodland Public Schools in the 2019-2020 school year.
