Maintenance Requests Helpdesk

I. Getting Started

  1. Go to www.myschoolbuilding.com
  2. Enter your organization account number 1114057728.
  3. Click submit
  4. Enter your email address.
  5. Click submit
    If you are taken to the “welcome” page than you have already been entered into the system, skip ahead to section II.
  6. Enter your last name.
  7. Click submit
  8. Your email address should already be entered in the box provided. If it is not correct, enter it correctly. Make sure the circle next to “my name is not listed” has been clicked.
  9. Click submit
  10. Your last name and email address should already be filled in. Fill in your fist name and any other fields you wish to provide.
  11. Click submit
  12. The next page you will be taken to is the “welcome” page where all requesters start once they are in the system which is the Work Order Request form. This will be your home page in the future when logging in.

II. Requesting Work

  1. Go to the Maint Request page which displays the form you’ll fill out each time you want to request work be done (this will be your home page when logging in). Any field with the red check is required information.
  2. Enter your Location, Area and Area/Room number.
  3. Select the Problem Type.
  4. Enter Description of your problem.
  5. Enter Time Available for Maintenance.
  6. Enter password. Password is “woodland” and will be the same for all requesters.
  7. Click submit

III. My Requests

My request page allows you to view all the work requests you’ve made. You can check the current status, whom it’s been routed to for work or approval, the date you submitted it and any action notes entered on the work order.
