H1N1 (Swine) Flu Information

Keep your sick kids home from school. Visit www.cdc.gov/h1n1 for more information.

We expect that sometime this fall the Swine Flu will appear in Woodland Schools. We are monitoring student health and absence rates closely. You can help.

1) Emphasize the importance of hygiene with your child. This means washing hands regularly and thoroughly and sneezing into the elbow.

2) If your child is ill.... KEEP THEM HOME

3) If your child has a fever do not send them to school until the fever has passed for 24 hours.

4) Notify the school of your child's symptoms if they do become ill.
