Our Mission

Woodland Public Schools value the uniqueness and diversity of each child and believes all students can learn within a safe, caring environment of staff and community. It is the responsibility of the Woodland Public Schools to provide an equal and quality education. We will seek to develop in our students an understanding of the importance of hard work and how performance, effort and decisions directly affect educational and career opportunities. To this end, we will promote academic excellence by challenging each student to develop the knowledge, skills and self-worth necessary to become a responsible contributing citizen. We must inspire our students to make learning a lifelong endeavor and become actively involved in their local and global communities.
